  1. For the cheek bone and nose you should add shadows and shading instead of lines. In real life you don't see a line, you see shadows and your brain interprets them. Also you should add to the skin freckles, blemishes, rough patches. No skin is perfect.

  2. the criticism in which you ask depends on what style you are trying to reflect in your work.

for instance looking at the above images i'd say it not a too bad start if you're planning to venture farther into anime. but if you're looking to do a more realistic style i suggest you do some more sketching and vary the density and stroke of the lines. the others above me gave some great advice also. "just try and mimick what you see"

  3. I think what Jessy thinks about skin blemishes is not right.  In anime, lots of people have perfect skin.  I think you should do a study of anime eyes.  Draw a paper full of eyes you should try to make them less rectangular.

I like how your style has started, keep drawing and you will get really good!

  4. In addition to what Jessy said, I see that your lines are too straight, giving all of your characters somewhat bulky impression. The best way to improve your drawing is to copy the work of pros, and then find your own style of art.
