  1. -I'd get rid of the Heartmender, really.  You have four Quillspike in the deck so you have a creature that gets rid of -1/-1 counters and gets bigger for it.

-Doomgape is also kind of a risk.  I'd run a Creakwood Liege for token generation that I gain 3 life off of.  Just a suggestion, although the Kitchen Finks could always be sacrificed, come back with a -1/-1 counter which gets fed to Quillspike.

-If you're going to run primarily with black and green, I might suggest Soul Snuffers and Crumbling Ashes.  Soul Snuffers puts a -1/-1 counter on each creature when it comes into play, and Crumbling Ashes allows you to destroy any one creature with a -1/-1 counter on it during your upkeep.  Good thing for creature control... and also goes back to the whole "feeding the Quillspike" thing.

...wow, Quillspike gets jacked pretty good in this deck.

  2. You need to look into how your deck does against the other decks in the format.

How do you stack up against Faeries? What answers do you have for Bitterblossom, Thoughtseize and Peppersmoke? What do you do when they Cryptic Command your combo?

Against Kithkin: How do you answer Unmake?

5 color control: What do you do against Firespout?

These are questions that your maindeck and sideboard need to answer before you play block tournaments.
