I would suggest Elvish Promenade.  It will give you more creatures fast.

Mercy Killing is a nice way to get one last push off of a creature before it dies.

Presence of Gond will make your Chump Blockers into token spitters.

Rhys the Redeemed is a must for Elf decks.

Wren's Run Packmaster is also a good token generator though it creates 2/2 wolves instead

I would trade the Heap Doll for the Mercy Killings.
