How Amazon.com works?

I live in Canada and I've never ordered from Amazon.com before, so I have some questions. Does shipping cost a lot? How does it work? Is it reliable and safe? Will I get all of my items at the same time? What if my order never comes? Please help!

i've ordered from Amazon.com before.  I never had a problem.  Look for the padlock on the top of the screen when you go to your cart.  Also they will send you an email about your order and whether or not it is backordered.

Shipping depends on where you order from and they'll always give you an estimate on how long it will take. Amazon isn't just one big store with a private stock, you'll be ordering from local and chain record / clothing / book stores much of the time. They're only selling their products through amazon. Amazon is very safe... I've never been ripped off before nor have I heard any horror stories. If your order never comes I'm 100% sure Amazon will handle things for you.

You simply find what you want, add it to your shopping cart and check out with your credit / debit card. It's actually all very easy...
