Australia are more calmer, for example, G'day mate. Just to let you know, I'm a Australian. But English accents are more sharper and more louder. That's what I think.

Actually even in Sydney the accent differs dramatically to say Western Australia or North Queenslanders.

You must admit the Brits sound very 'pouncy', almost 'sissy' though!
