A digital image has no physical size; you decide that when you print it. Your printer resolution is almost certainly 300dpi, so if you scale your print to 10.6 x 16 (300 pixels per inch), you'll get about the best resolution. But with proper smoothing, you can easily triple that size (100 pixels per inch). The picture won't look sharp right close up, but hanging on the wall poster size it will look fine.
