Question:

How Can I Be Better With Spicy Foods?

I have issues eating spicy foods. Even if it's only a little bit spicy, I find it hard to cope with it. It's not bad but I want to be able to eat hot foods. How can I do this? I was just eating a samosa and I found that really hot (so hot that my nose started running). Thanks!

  1. I agree- start off with a little bit of foods that are mildly spicy and build up from there. If you don't like milk (I hate it myself!) have some cheese  or bread or crackers with it if it's too hot for you.

  2. u must start like a bit at a time and eat it everyday....

plz don't drink beer like what the idiot above me said, or soda,it will only make your tongue sting more.cold water does not really help too. instead drink a sugary drink that is not gassy. or eat crackers and cheese.or Ice cream or yogurt if you have.Chapati also works good too.but i think the best thing to do is eat spicy food with rice.

  3. Just keep trying spicy things, you will get used to it over time, and be able to do more and more.  It's kind of like beer that way.  When you had your first sip at six (what?), it was yucky, now, it's not so bad.
