I Want To Become Faster For Track When It Come Because I want To Be Fast As My Friend He Is The Fastest Kid In My City For Our Age And Were 11 Going To 12 So How Can I Become Faster

  1. Keep running but add a little flavor to your practices.  Get yourself a weighted vest and run with it on.  If you cannot afford one get some ankle weights.  Once your body gets used to the additional weight and you take it off there should be a visible difference.


  2. get more muscle! squats really help the muscle in your legs. do like 30 every day. and run a mile too. that should get you to kick that guy's butt next time...you'll be alot faster. it takes time and patience. good luck =)

  3. Practice, practice, practice!  As with anything, your stamina, muscles and stability increase with practice!

    depending if you want sprint or endurance,

    for endurance, run 100m extra every few days and give your body a rest

    for sprint, go around the track, after 30 seconds sprint for 30 seconds then jog for 30 etc

  5. You can't suddenly "become" faster. I'm sorry.

  6. Train everyday vary between Speedwork, Tempo Runs, Long Runs and Hill Work. Don't expect immediate results it could take months for any drastic cut back.

  8. it is all mental so put your self through paces and do sit ups and pullups or any exersise and even if you tiredpush your self harder and harder and you will get stronger and faster

  12. try to run ur fastest everyday, jump over things and make the thing ur jumping over higher and higher each time.  and well.. just run and eat healthy. if u push ur self to ur limits and try to get beyond those limits everyday ull most likely get faster ^.^

  14. well when you run your arms need to be opposite of your leg have a big lung so bend your leg t a 90 degree angle when running make sure your leg that it up and bent it out in front of you your back leg should be extended all the way and look like a calf raise I go to a class call performance pulse its great if you have any more questions ask me hoped I helped

  16. look up leg exercise on the internet and so them daily also practice sprinting running or jogging depending on what event u are in
