How Can I Convince My Mom?

Last week a got an Ipod Touch and I want to buy the iPhone 2.0 Software Update (Jailbreaking it without voiding the warranty) for my iPod. I want to buy it through the iTunes store but my mom's convinced that her credit cart # will get stolen. So she's not letting me. One of the main reasons I bought my iPod was for the applications! How can I convince her to let me buy the update?

Get her to take you to an Apple store, they can apply the update for you.

Or get a prepaid card, they can't steal it if theres only so much  money on it

iTunes is a secure program. You're more likely to have your credit card number stolen at a restaurant rather than iTunes.

But you can buy an iTunes gift card at a store and use it to buy the upgrade.

You can also go to the apple store with your mom and ask an associate to help you with the upgrade.

I honestly like mine jail broken. There are a ton more apps for free than the appstore.
