How Can I Delete Bouncing Members from Bounce List Without Removing Them Altogether?

I have some chronics that I think are not aware that their email is on. I want to turn off their email delivery and let them get messages from the homepage. Then I want to remove them from the bounce page.

You cannot delete bouncing members from bounce list without removing them all together. The bouncing members should take the steps to reactivate their own email accounts since there are many reasons their emails are bouncing in the first place.  

They would also need to reset their group email delivery to No Mail.  You could do that for them by editing their membership- each one individually but they probably would go back and reset it for delivery.
