I am 14 and 6'3". i know i should be able to dunk but i have no hops. i can grab and hang on the rim with 2 hands. and i can get my whole hand in the rim. what are some excersise to do to help me dunk. my plan is 500 jumps with a jump rope then stair stepper for 5 min 400 jumps 5 min and so on. then 1 hour of lifting 4 days a week. and other sugestions.? i also might try hydroxycut hardcore?
