How Can I Get Internship for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor?

I have completed my degree in Building Economic (Quantity Surveying) accredited by RICS. I would like to do some internship in developed countries where construction industry is advanced and further my experience. Is there anyone who can help me? Which employers can sponsor my internship?
