you should clean your coach purse the right way.  I know you don't want to buy anything but you paid a lot of money for it, you need to treat it right.

cleaners are 10.00, don't be cheap on your purse... you should have cleaners for emergencies...

I know you said you don't want to buy anything... but this is actually the best answer... if you don't clean it properly.... you just burned a few hundred dollars for nothing.

    good luck!

  2. at the actual coach store they have a polish thing or whatever that you use to totally clean your purse as in with marks, stains, anything like that.

just go in and ask for it, i don't think anything else will help, only make it worse and rub it in worse.

its only like 10 or 20 dollars.

  3. warm wet cloth and try rubbing it off...or club soda..what kinda stain is it? hopefully it'll just come off with a little bit of water and maybe some soap like hand soap..little pea size or smaller. nothing with color in it. sorry. good luck

  4. That really is a cute purse you have! ♥   ☺

I know that if I somehow got makeup on a purse I really liked, I would first try taking it to a place that cleans leather goods or dyes shoes. I know you got makeup on the fabric part, but maybe they would know what you could clean the fabric of the bag with and leave spots on it. These are professionals that would know better than anyone how to remove any kind of stain from certain types of fabric.

As an alternative response to your question, this what I've found so far:

    http://www.thriftyfun.com/tf402872.tip.h...

    OR

    http://pursecleaning.blogspot.com/search...

Some people suggest using a pea size amount of clear Ivory hand soap, white Ivory Soap, Woolite and others said apply little bit of Tide (don't know if it was the liquid formula, but I would bet it was the granulated formula)on a damp/wet wash cloth and scrub hard.

You might have to do this more than one time to completely

remove the stain. But first and the most important step of all is

to first do a trial test on the bottom or somewhere very tiny on

this purse that isn't noticeable before you start applying these

methods on the actual spot. See what happens to the Coach

fabric during the trial and error period. If the stain is still fresh,

you may be able to still get the stain out.

Test trials are always essential on very expensive fabric like this. Some writers said these products helped remove some stains that they thought would never come out of the Coach fabric. One was a grease stain, second was a water stain, another an ink stain. I am sure there are more stories, but the

two sites are the ones that caught my eye first.

Anyway, other than these web sites and my suggestion to take it to a professional shoe dying place is about the only other thing I can really recommend to you. If you can't find the

information you need at the Coach web site, then try my sites.

I hope I have been of some help to you and that you can get the spot out.

Good luck, sweetie.  I'm sorry you  had such bad luck with your new purse.
