  1. Yes, you need to download the Desktop Manager with Media from https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/con...

    Once you install that, you will be able to see/add/delete/transfer pics from blackberry to pc.

    The download is free.


  2. The best way is to save them onto a memory card.  Then get a memory card adapter and connect to your pc.  

    If you have a mac, connect>hit the back key>and turn on mass storage mode.  

    If you have windows just connect it and look for it on >my computer.
