you need  powdered makeup and a large soft brush to apply it.

tinted moisturizer...then a powder foundation lightly brushed over ur skin =  perfect

i've heard that if you use a stippling brush it helps with the flawless look. theres plenty of vids on youtube just type "stippling brush" in the search
