How Can I Learn The Guitar?

Question

I've recently just bought myself an acoustic guitar, i've always wanted to learn and I thought, enough's enough, let's get this project going.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew of some good online resources? I know where to find tabs, and stuff like that, but what about good online video lessons?

Any suggestions? The reason I'm looking for something like this, as opposed to taking guitar lessons, is bc my job hours are really unpredictable, so i'd like a way to be able to learn whenever i get an hour here or there.

The only place I know that you can find guitar video lessons is youtube. I was going to suggest cyberfret.com (oh look I just did!) but there are no videos there, just pictures and things.
