How Can I Lose Man b***s?

I am 5'2, 108 pounds, and I am 13 years old. I have small man b***s, I workout a lot. I used to be kinda chubby but i have lost a lot yet i can't seem to lose em!!! Is there anyway to lose them? Can i just grow and let them stretch or will they stay there. It is not baby fat. When i was a little kid i was shrimpy skinny kid. Can i still lose them in the process of puberty? Or am i screwed!?!? 10PTS FOR BEST ANSWER!

  1. Since your only 13 you have a lot of growing to do so you might grow out of them. Otherwise do exercises like push ups so that you can get some pecs.


  2. probably puberty will just help. u should soon grow out of them.

  3. When you hit puberty it will help them be gone. But I would recommend doing work outs that involve your chest. Push ups, Bench Press, things like that. It should turn it to muscle like it has for me.

  4. i work out alot i am 5 ft 5 and i am 10 1/2 stone in me and muscle i would seriously recommend doing work out on your pectorals (chest) also the weight being their could work to your advantage int he sense that the wieght is thier to change to muscle if ya get me... your work out hard say do 3 sets of 12 reps on your pectorals doing a variety of different workouts for them do this 4 times a week, will be solid in no time

  5. You will be getting more of the male hormone (testosterone) as you go through puberty, which will do a lot to take care of this. You can try doing some cardio which removes fat- go jogging or swimming or biking- anything that raises your heart rate and keeps it elevated for about 20 minutes a day, preferably in the morning before you eat. Working out to add muscle, and thus adding definition to your male form will also help you out in the long run.
