Im 14 years old and overweight. I really need help, iv tried counting calories and eating healthy etc. but its not working. I need a safe way of losing weight, like no diet pills etc.

  4. try keeping a food journal - write down everything you eat and drink for a few days.  after a week or so, go back and try to figure ways to substitute healthier options for the food that you have been eating (and drinks count too).  

    for example -

    if you normally eat a turkey sandwich on white bread with mayo, cheese, potato chips and a soft drink

    next time try a sandwich made with fat free turkey breast on whole wheat bread (if you don't like wheat, try a light white), low-fat mayo, cheese made with 2% milk, pretzels and a diet soft drink, water or sugar-free drink mix

    you'd be surprised how many calories and fat you can cut out of your diet by doing this

  5. Lots of cardio(treadmill, running, Elliptical) and cut back calories. Maybe talk to you doctor and see a nutritionists.
