How Can I Lose Weight In My Thigh And Butt Area???

I have a good upper body but my lower body is kinda big. I have a decent diet. I need ways to lose it with no machines. Just normal natural aerobic exercises. By the way I am 15 and 172 pounds. Please Help!!!

    at first I hated running but now i love it its so calming and relaxing

  5. you cant lose weight from one area when you lose weight you lose it overall, and you cant just tone up one part of your body to see results you have to lose fat, a high protein diet, low carbs, normal amount of fat should help, plus loads of squats, weights, and cardio. Cardio the most though conditioning like lifting an squats 3- 4 times a week evenly distributed.

  6. go to the gym. i went there, did lots of leg stretches for 2-3 hours a day, and then in 2 days i started seeing fast results. i still go there, and im doing well. (:
