How Can I Make a large charcoal for a party, CHEAP?

party is for about 50 people at an office and if this doesnt work i need someplace i can rent a large charcoal grill for around the The Woodlands, Texas area!

call party rental places- they have them. not exactly cheap though...probly like $80

Call in some favours from your friends.

Maybe they will loan you their grills'.

They might even offer to help out, free grill, free labour.

What a bonus !!!!!
