How Can I Reduce Love Handles?

I exercise daily, and do go running and do ab work outs, but sometimes I have love-handles, which tend to look ugly (In my mind). They aren't all that bad, but I'd love to know what I can do to reduce them.

  1. stretches help alot and theres this other workout that is all about the love handles you sit on your knees pick yourself up and your hands then fall down fully side to side and when you are getting up get up fully but remember this is all on your knees so just go side to side using the muscles in your hips and stomach


  2. doing sit up and crunches work very good but make sure drinking the right amount of fluids and stay excersicing daily.

  3. if you combine a good diet with what you&#039;re doing already, it&#039;ll be gone.  You said you do ab workouts, do you do side crunches?  Those help the love handles.
