How Can I Report Fraud To FDA?

There is an internet pharmacy with live

chat people that say they have FDA approved

medication. What I got for $180.00 was a

few caffene pills air mailed from China. They

refused to give a refund. I want to report

these crooks for fraud.Can anyone tell me

how.

  1. The only thing you really can do is go to the Internet Crime Complaint Center at http://www.ic3.gov  This is the site run by the FBI where you can report all Internet related fraud.  

    However, there is a very good chance that this "company" was not in the US so even if you did get scammed there is not much that is going to be done.


  2. I agree with OC1999. If you paid by credit card, cancel the credit immediately. They should be open 24/7. I would also put the account alert through Trans Union Fraud Dept. Their toll free # 1-800-680-7289. They will notify the other 2 bureaus for you at no cost. It has to be renewed every 90 days. Better to be safe than sorry later.
