I recently deleted a file from Word Document, and I really need to get it back, but I also emptied it from my Recycle Bin. If someone can give me a step-by-step way of restoring that file gets 10 points!

within 20 minutes to 1 hour of deleting a file it is likely to be overwritten by system temporary files, your own saved files or temp download files. This means nothing is likely to recover it. Even if you download recovery software it is likely that its' temp download file will finish of any traces of the original.
