I playet so long that game so i realy want hellp to get back the saved data.Can someone Tell Me What to do...I am beg.PLS HELLP HELLP HELLP !!

I think it depends on your cartridge

sometimes it will or sometimes never

thats why i dont like playing pokemon with cartridges

Just repeat from the start

I don't know anybody who got their saved game back but i don't think it can be taken back because in the manual it said "Deleted files cannot be retrieved"
