  1. Move. Jump on the trampoline or go to the park. Play with your dog and don't eat pure sugar. Drink only water, maybe a soda or juice (a small cup) with dinner.

    You know how to eat healthy, everyone does. That's all you need to do.

    Teens usually don't really know much about weight loss. That's why many teens who try to lose weight solo are anorexic or bellimic.

  6. You're 13? You shouldn't be trying to lose weight by yourself at such a young age. You're still growing so unless you have an actual weight problem (like you are grossly obese for your age and height) you should probably just stick to eating a normal healthy diet. Have your parents take you to your pediatrician and ask about a good healthy diet for you.

  8. Oh my... You are 13, so now your weight will be going up and down all the time. Tonight you will sleep bloated, next day you will be anorexic, by the evening you wouldn't be able to put your jeans on but in the morning when you get up your pj is going to fall to your anckles....

    whatever you do don't skip meals. your body will go into 'starvation mode' what I call it, and will be taking any fat that's possible and storing it in your body.

    Excercise, drink lots of water (and make offers to the toilet gods! :D), carrots are more than happy to be consumed! :)
