Everynight I Sweat Alot In My Sleep And I Wake Up To Scratches And My Skin Ripped Off On My Legs And Recently Ive Just Done It To My Wrist.... I Read An Article In The Paper About Taking A Cool/Cold Shower A Few Hours Before Bed But I've Never Tried It And It Also Said That Im Breaking Out In Heat Spots And Becuase Im Asleep I Continue Scratching Utill The Itch Is Away....Can Any One Help He Stop This Uncontrably Annoying Rash ?
