  1. If you have the titles, meaning there are no lenders/lienholders, simply sign your name on the titles where you release your interest. Date it, and submit a seller's report of sale to your state. This action will put a flag on the records indicating the car has been sold/transferred, and no renewals or other updated info will be allowed until your boyfriend transfers the titles into his name only. By signing the titles and dating them(dating is very important)and submitting the seller's reports for each car, if the cars are involved in any illegal activity, or a wreck, you will not be a part of a civil action, as the documents on record will show that you released interest in all the cars. Submitting a statement that you are releasing interest, and no money is being exchanged will also support your case.

  2. You and your boyfriend have to go to your local DMV and fill up a form (I don't know what it's called), the prcess is similar to selling or transfering a car, not difficult, you just need a day off along with your boyfriend and anyone else who's name is on the title of the car (s).

  3. Sign the titles over to him.  You can only do that if the titles are free and clear however.  If there's an outstanding loan on them, you'd remain liable for the loan payments if you are joint on the loan as well as the title.
