How Can I Talk To My Mom?? I've got questions/telling her stuff. HELP!!?

I want to tell her 1 thing, and ask her 1 thing. I want to tell her I want to be a vegetarian and I want to ask her if she can buy me a purity ring or if she can give me money to buy myself one. I never talked to her about s*x and i'm almost 16. How can I talk to my mom about those things??

Well the vegetarian part wont be hard. I told my mom that I was no longer going to eat meat at 14.

For the purity ring, just say 'mom, I want to get a purity ring'. I'm sure she would be thrilled and would gladly buy you one, or give you the money to buy one.

Just say:

"mom I want a purity ring, can you buy me one, and I want to be a vegetarian"

I know from experience that it woun't be as uncomfortable as you think it will be, and after wards you will feel a little relieved.

Put your questions in a letter,explain how difficult you find it to approach the subject,then your mom will come to you.that should give you a platform for discussion.

HOw bout sitting down with her with the opening line of "mom i would like to talk to you about somethings" She needs to discuss the facts of life with you as well.

Talking to your parents is easy. just sit down and be honest turn off the tv cell phone etc. I'm sure they are curious about whats going on in your life.

She probably knows that you know about s*x and stuff like that. She will definitely be impressed and relieved that you want to buy a purity ring. Don't stress, it doesn't have to be a deepy serious, mortifying talk.
