How Can I Transfer to a Different High School?

I've just moved to this new place with my mom last year, and I love it. The thing is, i absolutely HATE my new high school. There are fights constantly, drama all the time, and the teachers don't seem to care about the kids that actually do their work and excel. I want to transfer to a much better school in the district, but the school district says I have to have a valid excuse. Is there any way I can change schools? i don't know if those are valid reasons.

well i would go with your parent to the board of education and have a meeting and say that your grades have droped since your last school , teachers dont care , to much distractment such as fights,drama,bad kids and its not letting you concentrate and that you need a good learning enviorment to excel in your life and this new school and its surrondings such as the students and teachers are not letting you do good in school and if you can please move to another school ..GOOD LUCK

i think that is a valid reson have you talked to your mom about it mabe she can help. If not search around the web and stuff and find out if the school district is aloud to keep you from moving i dont think it is then build up enough evidance to put to the district and hopefully youll be able to move!
