eco-tourism.  for a phenomenal fee, you can row tourists around [whatever body of water you're near].

documentary film making:  nuff said.

dive boat:  hire out to dive instructors, to bring their students out for their check dives.

Sell it and build another! My son sells them for $150.00 to $200.00! Grampas with ponds love 'em for the kids.

Take it to France and you could make shedloads bringing illegals and asylum seekers over from Eastern Europe to the UK. (Watch out for the ferries tho)
