How Can I create a Jewelry Collection?

I mean, when I am creating I have many ideas and always make different stuff. I have to make a collection and I want to have a "personality" on my pieces but I don't know how.

First of all pick a theme.  It could be vintage, maybe from a certain period. It could be based on nature, or a theme like whimsy or girlie or dark.  Then pick your metals and colors.  Maybe for the ocean you might pick beach glass or jasper colored like sand or shells or natural colored wood.  You just go from there.
