As In balance so I can do Handstands and stuff

  1. Your body center is within the abdomen just below your navel.  Imagine you are anchored about that point and move accordingly.


  2. your center (tanden, dantien..etc) is approx. 3 inches below your naval..center mass.

    however generally its acceptable to say your "hips" are what matters. your hips are your "hub"

    you can look at it this way..you have 3 centers...center of your hips...center of your chest/shoulders (sternum..center mass)...and center of your head.

    for good balance these need to be aligned with each other.

  3. balance isn't something you find, it's something you develop. you can't just do a handstand either, you need to develop coordination accordingly try for about two more weeks to train them individually and then together so that they work together to do a handstand.balance and coordination are like brothers/teammates, you can't do one something that requires both without the other. you may also need their cousin, flexibility.
