Those pictures are in Gif format.

YOu have to have more than 1 picture to creat gif like that.

Go this website where you can upload your pictures and  create gif of your pictures by putting more than one picture.:

And remember you have to have a GIF formatted picture to upload on this website, so before you upload a picture there, change the format of the picture to GIF, The site also helps you change your JPEG picture to GIF.
