I assume you mean Gare de l'Est?  If so, take Metro ligne 5 direction Place d'Italie to Gare d'Austerlitz.  Transfer to RER C direction Issy and get off at Champ du Mars.  Go up to street level and you shouldn't have any trouble finding the tower.

The quickest way is walk or take metro line 5 direction Bobigny, change at Gare de Nord (1 stop away) for RER line B (direction Robinson/Saint rémy), get of at St Michel Notre Dame (2 stops) and take RER line C direction Versailles,Saint Quentin or Pontoise,get of at Champs de Mars Tour Eiffel. Will take apr 30mins
