How Can I grow taller and how tall will I grow to

Question

I'm 13 & 5'2.5/5'3. My dad is 6'1, Mom is 5'0, Sister is 5'6. I want to grow taller so I can be a better swimmer. I got my period in September of 06, but it's not regular yet, if that makes a difference. So I wanna know how tall I COULD grow, and what I can do to grow taller. thanks!

Eat well balanced meals and include al

You guy Just do not discourage him.
Lack of sleep can prevent proper growth. Get at least 7 hours of sleep per night.
Drinking milk may help you get taller, but it might make you fatter. Drink one or two glasses of milk a day.
Hanging onto a bar or something helps to lengthen your spine and will, in the long run, increase your height.
