  1. you dont need to increase punching power, you need accuracy and speed, by the time your opponent has thrown one 'power' punch on you, you could have hit him 5 times already, speed is power

  4. There are any number of ways. Are you sitting down on your punches(meaning are you sitting down on your hips so that your not leaning too much or are unbalanced when you punch, or that your not standing up too tall)? Are you extending your  punches?

    Working the heavy bag more, and with the aforementioned advice will give great results.

    Then you could simply do more push ups, pull ups, also.
