I'm Japanese/white and what I do that helps the most in my opinion is actually keeping my hair black. My hair is naturally brownish black but I dye it black licorice by garnier to make it blacker. Long black hair with no makeup: http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y157/te...

Other than that, there are several makeup tricks. The easiest is to apply black liquid eyeliner on the top lid only extending slightly past the outer corner with an upper "flick". This is a closeup I took like 2 years ago http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y157/te...

Someone else gave me a good tip about how to make your eyes look less deep set, take concealer or liquid foundation and put it all around your eye area (blend it in of course) so that your eyes look less deep set and smoother. Then apply the eyeliner on the top.

Usually wearing mascara actually makes my eyes look less Asian because it makes them look bigger and more open so when I want to look Asian I don't wear any. I already have big eyelashes anyway.

I like to try to make my skin look as smooth and even as possible because I got my dad's rough German skin instead of my mom's smooth Asian skin so I use bare minerals (I think I'm actually about to change to everyday minerals because it's bismuth oxychloride free) and I'm using olay regenerist thermal daily mini peel. I was using ponds rose quartz micro-dermabrasion scrub which is also good. Since I can't see your picture I can't see whether or not you were lucky to get nice Asian skin.

Another way to do it without hair or makeup is just the clothes you wear. They should make you look cute and small, I know not all Asian girls are but I'm 5'3" and 105lbs which is considered very small for a 23 year old. Dye your hair black. Get a Japanese perm. Wear eyeliner.   You nose, mouth and skin tone look really japanese (and pretty). Good luck!

1st of all, ur skin must be very fair or very brown...i stayed in japan for 2 years now and i will be here for another 6 months, Japanese girl like to be look cute when they put on the little s**y cloth and the hair color must be gold.

Dye your hair black :) People often mistaken me for being Japanese when I dyed my hair black rather then when I had blonde, brown, red hair.
