How Can I make my .swf files to a HTML Code and put it in my website????(More..Please read before answering)?

I'm making a website.... Using Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 I Can Make HTML Files... And I Can also put the HTML code in my website..... And I use www.Weebly.com to make my website.. They have an HTML tool so you can put HTML Codes Into a website in weebly...However, You cant upload files in Weebly.com... (If you suggest me to move to another website provider, please make sure its FREE and easy to use...) So I just upload my images into Photobucket and just put the link on Dreamweaver... SO, MY PROBLEM IS WHERE CAN I MAKE MY .SWF FILE TO A HTML CODE???

Upload the swf file to your web host. Then, use the html code from my source page below (you will need to modify it to your file's specs) to embed the flash file.

Modify height, width, embed src, and value at least.
