I  am from honduras and I have a lancer 2009 and I have the same problem with that foking running lights to install my HID convertion kit please I need some help to disable this estupid lights the whole car is perfect

I have the same vehicle, have pulled fuses and relay and cant turn them off. heard from another forum that its in the computer itself and have to drill something out. also, we would like to disable them because they cause problems with hid conversion kits ie. flickering lights.
