How can they escape from further embarresment?

Playing SL in SL is a tough tough proposition and having to face the adverse weather conditions and bowling machines, like Muralitharan and company would be an intriguing contest, indeed

i think the only threats to india are mendis and sangakarra...the rest of the M's are a waste of time...

India can face 3 out of 4 of those M's but one is getting underneath their sking. The young Ajanatha Mendis is really starting to annoy the Indians. He will get much more wickets in the coming series. But i think that India will soon get used to his bowling and will be able to make runs off him eventually

They can't escape the embarrassment... The 4M's ROCK!!! So does Sri Lanka!

The real problem is going to be with Mendis.  A lot depends on how soon India can counter him.  They have their work cutout before the series starts to figure out the type of ball from his grip at the time of delivery.  Throw Vaas into the '4M' mix and wow you've got one heck of a punch!  Gosh, this I feel is going to be an interesting series.
