How to add funds to paypal account using indian bank account, can i add funds using indian debit card, if yes then which and all bank's debit card is accepted...????

Yes, you can add funds to PayPal with your local bank account.  You'll need bank ID and account numbers not your debit card number.  Keep in mind there will be currency conversion charges, because PayPal does not transact in your local currency.
