How Can You Be A Nice Person?

Ive been trying to be a nice person but its really hard when my friends are always swearing and joking around. If I ask a friend who is a guy how they are, they come across it weird. I have lots of friends I just find it hard for them to take me serious. If im trying to be nice and somebody calls me a name or makes fun of me how do i be nice?

swearing and joking around doesn't make you a bad person, stop taking life so seriously its not like your doing drugs and stabbing people with them .

Do u know that saying, show me your friends and i will tell u who u are, well thats what's happening w/you, you are w/the wrong crowd, if they are swearing and loud speaking, and that is not normally the kind of person you are, then its time for u to get new friends.

If someone calls you a name and makes fun of you just smile sweetly and say "Thank you". =D I mean what could they say back to you? "You welcome"?

Its good that you're trying to be nice. We need more people like that in the world.

well just keep calm and walk away if they continue then you know that they dont have anything else to do with there lives

and when your with your friends talk in a way that doesnt make anyone look bad

keep your cool
