How Can You Make Skin Look Less Oily?

any make-up or tips, or products or anything that work. Also for some reason my shoulders look really oily.

For starters, always keep your facial skin really clean. I suggest you start with a facial wash - try something that is for oily skin, Neutrogena has good products for this. The use a toner, maybe Johnson & Johnson's Clean and Clear. The apply non-oil/cream based moisturizer. Remeber, oily skin also needs to be moisturized!

Then for makeup, use cake foundation. But if you want liquid, then go for Shiseido liquid foundations. Then put on a finishing powder, it's like face powder except that it's lose. The during the day, use oil blotting sheets to absorb excess oil

id go with cover up or cleaan and clear has a face wash oout that takes the oil away

DO NOT COVER THE PORES!!  this will give u black heads and break out use a good face wash apply a moistuiser then a LIGHT foundation followed by translusant powder

use cover girls fresh complexion powder foundation. it has oil absorbers that absorb oil all day

There are products on the market that are supposed to be "oil control". I didn't like the pro-activ system for acne, but I did like their oil control mask beneath makeup, it worked pretty well. It looks like you can't get it without signing up for their stupid auto-bill system. I would fine something similar to that (an oil control base/lotion), then use bare minerals for foundation. Also throughout the day use oil removing sheets like e.l.f. or clean and clear brands.

Use powder instead of foundation...or, if you don't use powder/foundation/powdered foundation, you could try baby powder.  That's what I use when my face is clear and I want to tame the oily-ness.

id wear foundation it covers up your pores which makes your skin appear oily
