How Can i Change the Last Names Of Some Sims on Sims 2?

Question

Accidentally gave the man the womans name on sims 2, when i wanted the women to take the mans. Any ways to change this?

You can't.

You can only give a Sim a last name when you create the family and only change it by marrying a sim into that family.

I suppose it might work if you broke them up, made a new sim with the correct name, married the old sim into the new sims family, killed the new sim, then remarry the previous husband/wife into the old sims family. I don't know if it'll work though. You'd likely lose the money and house though since you'd have to move both sims out of it and into the house of the new sim.

Unfortunately, the Sims take on the name of whomever they are marrying based on whichever house you have them marry into.

but i don't know where to start with it use use that cheat and hold shift and click your sim and use something in spawn
