How Can i Do Full Split and Front Splits fast? and what is the best exercise?

I've tried alot of Splits but i want to know more exercise to do the split faster

  1. There is no simple way to do this, but 25 years as a high school girl's gymnastics coach has taught me the only method I know: Jump up as high as you can ( remember to warm up first) and then try to land as firmly as you can in the splits position. This is a shock therapy that conditions the ligaments to get used to the stress. Over time it will become easier and easier. Good luck, glad I could be of help


  2. Train every single day. Don't stretch cold muscles.

    When you are in the splits position bounce up and down gently, and get someone to push down gently on your shoulders.

    I would be wary about jumping up and landing in the splits but I'm not a gymnast maybe that is also a good method.
