i'm 20-30 pounds overweight. and that's according to my doctor, not just according to me. i'ld like to lose this weight by homecoming, so i can get a dress that shows off my new body. how should i go about losing this weight?
south beach diet claims that you can lose up to 14 pounds in 2 weeks on phase one. if i just stayed on phase one until homecoming, which is about a month away, could i lose all that weight?
what are some good south beach recipes? also, what are some good snacks. i usually snack on fruit or something, but you can't have that during phase 1...so i need some other options.
i have access to a treadmill, stair climber-ish thing, elliptical, bowflex, and some hand weights (3 lbs and 6 lbs i think). i also have a good neighborhood for bike riding. what kinds of exercises should i do? i have all this equipment and I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START!
what are some exercises i can do to tone my butt/thighs?
will crunches help tone my stomach? how many should i do each day?
how can i get rid of the flab under my arm? it really grosses me out. i hate it!
are there any supplements that i should be taking? like, any vitamins that i might not get enough of on south beach? or anything that will help me lose more weight, faster? nothing TOO expensive please, and something that can be found at like cvs/walgreens would be great!!
