  1. there is only one answer my friend and its called practise keep at it ive never had a lesson in my life and i hit it straight and about 260 yards and play off 9.

  2. Go for lessons and enjoy hours of practice.

  3. Try not to slice or hook the ball when you are on the tee box.

  4. well.........first try to get the club more on plane......a little bit flat is better than upright.....also you need to have a good grip.......try also a short backswing and zip thru the ball and finish........always complete the swing......if you stop the swing you will hit the ball short and inconsistent...good luck

  5. OK, you've provided absolutely no detail, so there's absolutely no way to get you a good answer.

The best that I can tell you is that the only moment in the swing that matters is that millisecond when the club face contacts the ball. The club face must be square and heading toward the intended target. Everything else leading up to that moment, and following it, only contribute the the actual moment of impact.

  6. Nobody can answer that question. You could be doing an infinite number of things poorly.  If people would just spend 100 bucks once on some lessons instead of 400 bucks for the newest driver, the worlds average Handicap would surely drop significantly.

  7. For most amateurs, using a driver with more loft on it (or even a 3-wood) will enable them to hit the ball straighter. That's because the loft generates backspin, which reduces the effect of sidespin in making the ball swerve off. Also, unless you're a big hitter, it probably won't cost you much distance - if any.

    Alternatively, get a lesson.

  8. Stop hooking / slicing it.

HOW THE FCUKING h**l AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW!!!

    1. I can't see your swing

    2. I don't know your handicapp

    3. I'm not a qualified golf coach

    4. Even if I was, i'd expect paying for this advice!!

Go and get a lesson or two.

  9. Well I can't tell you my advice is go to your local golf teacher and ask for a lesson. That is my advice they can fix it that is their job.

  10. Do you tend to hook or slice the ball?

I f you hook the ball, I would start by lossening your grip and moving the ball backwards in your stance. The club face is too closed at impact (pointed left.).

If you are slicing the ball I would just move the ball more forward (about even with the inside heel). Those are a few things that I have done to help myself. Without going and getting a whole ton of lessons.

Another thing to look at would be your hip and shoulder turns. If you are getting off of plane it will be tough to control. Practice will help too!
