& Im 13 So Surgery Is out Of the Question i just always Think My eyes are Too small For My face lol

A good trick to make your eyes appear bigger is to line the bottom line of your eye with white eyeliner (or another colored eyeliner, like light blue, for example).

It brightens and pops the eye and makes it look bigger. Another trick is putting some highlighter powder on the inner corner.

Also define your eyebrows as that opens the eye area.

some eyeliner that gets a little thicker at the outer end would look good, but some white liner on your lower water line would help too
