How Can we improve our website?

We have just started an online wedding store www.all-about-me.com.au, and wanted to know if there is anything we could improve on it, is paypal enough or should we accept all credit cards, constructive critisism welcomed. Also what is the best way to advertise it?

Very nice site, i think that it would be nice to accept at least Visa and Master Card as well as paypal

Nice site perhaps you may want to include a wedding registry so its easier for people to shop for what the bride and groom may want. Have fun :)

Nice, BUT...

Yes you should accept credit cards in addition to Paypal.  If I had to sign up for a PayPal account to buy from your site, I wouldn't - I'd shop somewhere else.

I like the animation with the married couple and confetti, it's beautiful.  But I think you should have a changing image, different photos fading in and out to add visual interest.

You should have a shopping cart ICON in the top right of the page.  I had trouble finding "shopping cart" on your website.  And by default everyone looks to the top right.

The heavy black font on your introduction looks awful.  The intro text shouldn't be italicized, it makes it 'harder' on the eyes to read. It's also too bold.  

And actually, the intro text is tacky and unnecessary.  I think it's a waste of time and space.  The only relevant thing might be australian owned and operated.  Add a small Aussie flag with that text at the bottom (credits) of your page instead.

The green on the right sidebar doesn't match with pink.  Try looking for something pistachio toned instead.  

Also, the information in the sidebar at the top right is in a dominant position.  The information/links contained in it ARE NOT dominant/important to the customer.  Move that info somewhere else.

It seems obvious to me that you used a template (it's actually a decent one, most are awful) or you hired a poor designer.  

The info under featured products is okay, but disorganized.
