How Come Feminists Always Get Married?

I took a college course in women's studies last year in college and it amazed me how almost every feminist was married. Now with all the hoopla these women make about equal rights and how men need to see us for who we are why do they always get married?

Marriage is like the ultimate act of submission.

           Feminists for the most part are not stupid.

          Maybe there husbands are.... But the thing is feminist's are a bit selfish. They want to ruin others lives but not there own.

          Many feminist's scholars have made that clear through there writings.

    Most feminists marry feminist men, so then the whole submission/domination thing becomes pretty irrelevant (unless you're into the kink in the bedroom, lol)

    Suppose a woman marries a man who views her completely as his equal. Is it still submission?

  8. In my books, marriage is a partnership in which both partners help out each other emotionally and financially, and grow together intellectually and sexually.

    My husband and I are equals in our marriage and we support and help each other. I couldn't have gotten my PhD without his emotional support, he couldn't have gotten his JD without my support.

    Plus, we save money on car and health insurance.

    I don't see it that way. I see it as an equal partnership and friendship with respect on both sides. I have been married for nearly 20 years my dear so I know what I am talking about.

  11. Submission my asz.  We married because we didn't want to live without each other.  We are a partnership, two people with common and well-defined goals.  Together we are stronger than each alone could ever be.

    It's not, if you marry a person who respects you and whom you respect. Then it's an equal partnership of love, companionship and good s*x.

    Personally, I'm not big on marriage, but I've seen many people make it work quite well.

  15. Because they found someone who loves them for who they are. Marriage isn't about submission and control, it's about sharing your life with someone you don't want to live without.

    As for the "rules", that's up to the couple.

  16. Because with the current laws in the USA, women are in charge. They have their husbands as slaves.  The feminists know that all they have to do is call the police and lie to them and the man will be arrested if he dares to disobey her. They can divorce their husbands at will and royally s***w over the man in family court. They can cheat and it won't be counted against them. They can give birth to children that are not their husbands' and still make the husband pay for raising the child.

    The men either don't know this or are too stupid to believe that women are capable of such actions. Marriage is not an act of submission for women. In today's society, it is a triumph for women. They rule with the help of the government. Men are merely their slaves.
